An unrelenting purpose and direction not directed by chance or luck, but Directed by the Providential Hand of the Sovereignty of God--and Such sovereign governance is never guided by blind fate of random selection of luck and chance, but is Indeed planned, purposed, executed and created by The Sovereign God of the Universe!
