The LORD tests the heart

Proverbs 17:3 " The crucible for silver and the furnace for gold, but the LORD tests the heart.

It is the LORD who tests my heart.

Indeed Jesus' eyes are like flames of fire to see the imperfection, quick to see; and His feet are like burnished bronze, quick to come running to swiftly move the dross of imperfection. The omniscience of The Lord Jesus and His omnipresence is quick to convict of sin and purge the sin away and remove the dross of impurity from my soul, until I shine clear and Jesus sees the Image of His face upon my soul, like a gold smith removing all the impurity until he sees the image of his face on the precious metal of gold.

Revelation 2:18-19 "These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished bronze. 19 I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first."

I view the Work of  the Holy Spirit in my Sanctification a work of God's grace in my sanctification upon my heart, like the work of a Gold smith upon my heart, in Proverbs 17:3 " The crucible for silver and the furnace for gold, but the LORD tests the heart. It is the LORD who tests my heart
Hence forth, in the conviction and confession of my helplessness do I ever find my confession a work of the Holy Spirit upon my heart a pleasant reminder of Him removing the impurity from my soul.

Daily Dependence on Christ's Blood for Sanctification

My Standing in Christ is not based on my performance, but rather, my performance is based on my Standing In Christ. Therefore since I have been Justified by Faith I have peace with God through my Lord Jesus Christ through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we[b] boast in the hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1-2

Sanctification Indeed, Since I have been Justified by Christ's blood, how much more shall I be saved from God's wrath through Him! Romans 5:9, Now that I've been Justified by His blood through Faith in Christ; In Sanctification, I thank God that my Sanctification is a work of  God's Sovereign Grace on my heart through the Divine work of the Holy Spirit to convict me of sin that I may confess and through His glorious might have power to put to death the misdeeds of the flesh that wages war against my soul, by Daily depending on Christ's Righteousness in me.

In my Sanctification, I must never forget the blessed work of the Holy Spirit upon my heart and soul,
John 16:8-11"8 When he comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 in regard to sin, because men do not believe in me; 10 in regard to righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; 11 and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned. It is interesting in this verse how Jesus declares the standing of the prince of this world's standing before God as condemned through the judgment of the Holy Spirit. And the good news of the believers Standing before God, is that there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, for those whom the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death Romans 8:1.

My view of confession of my sin daily, is not wrought within myself, but it is the outworking of the Holy Spirit upon my heart, apart from the Holy Spirit's Divine work of Grace upon my heart, I would not be convicted of the guilt for my sin--indeed I would be blind to it and think I do not Sin. And so delude myself into think I am righteous in and of myself. But thanks be to God for the Holy Spirit's in dwelling presence in my life, He convicts me of my unrighteousness that I may daily die to self and depend on His righteousness.
I view the Work of  the Holy Spirit in my Sanctification a work of God's grace in my sanctification upon my heart, like the work of a Gold smith upon my heart, in Proverbs 17:3 " The crucible for silver and the furnace for gold, but the LORD tests the heart. It is the LORD who tests my heart.

Indeed Jesus' eyes are like flames of fire to see the imperfection and His feet are like burnished bronze, quick to see, convict of sin and purge the sin away and remove the dross of impurity from my soul, until I shine clear and Jesus sees the Image of His face upon my soul, like a gold smith removing all the impurity until he sees the image of his face on the precious metal of gold.
Revelation 2: 18-19 "These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished bronze. 19 I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first."

Hence forth, in the conviction and confession of my helplessness do I ever find my confession a work of the Holy Spirit upon my heart a pleasant reminder of Him removing the impurity from my soul.

Therefore, In my Sanctification how I must daily mortify the deeds of the flesh through the power and conviction of the Holy Spirit in doing so daily confess my helplessness and sin and remember that the promise of 1 John 1:9 was written for the believer for their daily life of Sanctification; if you confess your sin He is faithful and just and will forgive you of your sin and cleanse you from all unrighteousness--the cleansing is not contingent upon confessing, but it is continual act of God's grace and mercy ready to cleanse when we come to terms of our own sinfulness and repulsion of it by confession, then by faith receive the continued application of Christ's cleansing blood as I daily submit and confess. My confession is for my own sanctification, in that as I decrease, Christ increases in me all the more; as I daily admit my need for God's grace to sanctify me and my helplessness to cleanse myself, I am compelled to turn to the daily dependence of Christ's blood to cleanse forsaking my useless efforts to remedy my own sinfulness, by relying on God's grace for forgiveness and daily Restoration
