The awareness of Jesus’ presence in my life: Proverbs 1:7

The awareness of Jesus’ presence in My life:

Proverbs 1:7 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline"

"The Lord be with you" is no empty sentence, The Lord be with you is true, are you with Him? Are you aware He is with you...in everything you do, especially in Repenting and Claiming His blood to cleanse you!

To discover the reigning presence of the Lord in the details of your life; is to discover the reality of His living Resurrected presence in your life; it is also, to discover that He is a friend who knows you and stick closer than a brother; it is to discover that He is intimately acquainted with all your ways, and that He is not foreign or a stranger to the situations and details in your life; and it is truly to find that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom!

Glance intently on Christ's Glory in you; And Glance dimly on the quest for human glory

The craving for human glory controlling us over Christs glory results in glancing dimly in seeking the glory of Christ; only to glance too intently on human glory, and in doing so, the outcome of deferring to the rich and powerful over others not recognized with such esteem.

I am reminded of Proverbs 23:1-5

"When you sit to dine with a ruler

Note well what[a] is before you,

2 and put a knife to your throat

if you are given to gluttony.

3 Do not crave his delicacies,

for that food is deceptive.

4 Do not wear yourself out to get rich;

have the wisdom to show restraint.

5 Cast but a glance at riches, and they are gone,

for they will surely sprout wings

and fly off to the sky like an eagle.

At the moment of Prayer in temptation, do we find relief from temptation

At the moment of Prayer in temptation, do we find relief from temptation.

Failure to pray in temptation results in being overcome by temptation, and how the Devil delights in that stronghold over us. But in saying, "no" in temptation and praying to God do we find the power of God strengthening us in temptation and does the devil ever flee and vanish from our presence when we submit to God in prayer in temptation--then we find true relief and victory over temptation as we resist and pray!

When thinking of Jesus in the wilderness--Did he ever submit to His heavenly Father in prayer in temptation. And It is not so much the temptation, He was tempted like us in everyway being 100% human, but He was without sin! However, in our old self there is the desire and craving to be tempted to sin that lingers through out our life. And the Devil seizes to use that to draw us away from God. But when the day of evil comes, and it will always surely approach with vengeance, we indeed, must be ever so vigilant to fight and pray—the more we pray, we can have confidence that he will flee away, until he seizes the next opportunity to attack. My Concern is this, sometimes we are so numb and paralyzed that we do not Pray in temptation; we try to handle it in our own strength, and as a result we always fall.

James 4:6-7

6 But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says:

“God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”[a]

7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Every No! In Temptation, is a step closer to greater Victory in Christ’s Resurrection!

Every No! In Temptation, is a step closer to greater Victory in Christ’s Resurrection!

Every, "No!" in temptation is a step closer in sharing in the Victory of Christ's Resurrection in your life; and a brighter path into the entrance of the Kingdom of His beloved Son!

1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it."

James 4: 7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

The chief end of Prayer is to become like Jesus and Rest in his All sufficiency Psalm 23; Philippians 4:6

All my needs and Wants are Met Only in Knowing God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit

The chief end of the natural man who lives by basic instinct in this life will not be in pursuit of God in prayer, will not seek God, but if he does seek God in Prayer, it is for his own purposes that he may received from God's hands that which is sacred and spend it on his own pleasures. Such a man-centered view of God, relegates God to be your servant, as if he was your servant to do your bidding and give you the material things that you want. SUch a man centered view approaches God with demands of your will on what you want and how you expect God to answer your prayer, in your way and in your timing and on your terms and conditions. And when there is no answer to your prayer in the outcome of what you want--Oh! How will your heart then rage against the Lord.

The chief end of the new man--the spiritual man, in pursuing God in prayer is to seek to be conformed and changed in the image and likeness of Christ; the chief end of the beliver is to seek to know Christ and the power of His Resurrection; It is to seek to be drawn closer to Christ in your relationship to Him and to Love Him more and cry out to God your Father; it is to be drawn to your heavenly Father to cry out to Him, "Abba, Father" to know that He Loves you in His Son and to find in Him your full sufficiency; it is to know that the chief end and aim in Prayer, is to find that you rest and peace are found in Him; it is to discover that "The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want..." Because in Him alone is your Chief end to glorify in your life and Him Alone! Based on His terms, will and directions and for His Glory Only!

How we need to find that your relationship to your Heavenly Father, is the greatest want in this life that can never be replaced with the material and natural things in this life.

Just like Judas Kiss: You Cannot Serve Two Masters! Matthew 6:24

Just like Judas Kiss!

Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.

Hate the one---Who is the One? but God. Love the other-- is the pursuit of riches and wealth and pleasures in this life. Or Be devoted to The One and despise the other--Money

It looks like you can fill in the blanks both ways, take a look:

No one can serve two masters: Either, he will hate God and love the pursuit of Riches, or be devoted to God and despise the pursuit of riches. or you can also turn it around, and view Jesus' words this way:
No one can serve two masters: Either, he will hate the pursuit of riches and Love God, or be devoted to the pursuit of riches and despise God"

Either you will pursue your devotion to God, or you will ignore God and despise God and obeying His word; to follow your selfish, self-centered pursuits. If you are devoted to the later, then what will you do when He says to you, "Depart from me, I never knew you!

The Content of your character ISamuel 16:7

The Content of your character I Samuel 16:7

"But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” I Samuel 16:7

Martin Luther King Jr. in his “I have a dream speech”, said, “…I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

His emphasis was focused on the importance of his children living in a nation with upright character; and that the nation, in turn would not base their importance on their appearance and the color of their skin. Nonetheless, during his time the nation in this world of darkness was flawed and did, and still does judge a person on their appearance and the color of their skin—Even if you are black, white, Hispanic, Mexican, Asian, Indian etc…

Though that nation, being flawed in judging certain people on the basis of their appearance and the color of their skin; Martin Luther King Jr. still placed emphasis and importance for his children to have content of character in light of a nation whose flawed judgment of people was based and treated according to a person’s appearance. For he knew that to mold his children with righteous content of character would overflow out into a nation of darkness that the light of good content of character would over flow in a just perspective to view people as being made in the image of God.

The content of a person’s character must be rooted and seated in the person of Christ ruling your heart. If it is not rooted in Christ, then the content of ones character will be flawed, seated and rooted in the natural self and the world forces of this dark age, where people do and judge people by their appearance and the color of their skin. Regardless of the color, race wars will be predominate in this world of darkness as the heart is ruled by the heart of darkness.

The content of Jesus character is first of all pure, Love, full of joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control—when the content of your character is full of the life of Christ then your being will extrude the full measure of the character and content of Christ Jesus’ nature! Then you will learn the blessed truth of loving your neighbor as yourself, and treating others how you would like to be treated, loving others as being made in the image of God.

God is there in the Midst of Fears! Judges 6:12

Fears may come, though great they may be, but Remember God is there to Save you and me!

Judges 6:12 When the angel of the LORD appeared to Gideon, he said, “The LORD is with you, mighty warrior.”

Fears may come, though great they may be, but Remember God is there to Save you and me, So let me say one more time, to believe on Christ Jesus and be delivered from your Crime! For through the Death and Resurrection of His Son, is the only way to be delivered and have an enduring run!

And Thank you, Lord for giving me the poetry of your epoch time! In doing so I have learned to Ryhme!
